In the case of requesting full order cancellation during the shipping process, transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

We are at your service from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. m (GMT-5) and we will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. We will respond to you as soon as possible within a maximum period of 24 hours.

¡We offer free shipping on all of our orders! We work with DHL to ensure that your purchase reaches its destination correctly.

If you want to check the status of your shipment, you can access the order option in your personal Nina P’itay account through the website. In it (you will be asked to enter the shipping tracking number that was previously provided in the purchase confirmation email. With this done you will be able to view the shipping information in real time.

Likewise, by working together with DHL Express, the agency keeps you informed of any updates on the status of your order through text messages in order to provide you with security of the arrival of your Nina P’itay product.

If the contract is abandoned, you will receive the amount that you have paid us as part of your right to resign. All payments received from you, including shipping costs, will be refunded within a period of no more than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to abandon the contract and provide us with documentation of having returned the products.

We will make the refund through the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

The delivery time may vary, depending on where the user is:

  • Delivery time to Peru

Standard delivery time 1-2 days.

  • Delivery time to EU countries

Courier service via DHL. Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed through customs. Standard delivery time: 7 to 14 days

  • Delivery time in the rest of the world

NOTE: Depending on your order and country, you will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. 

At Nina P’itay we will gladly accept the return of your garment if you so wish, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned new and unworn. The return amount can only be transferred to the account where the item was purchased.
