Returns and exchanges

At Nina P’itay we will gladly accept the return of your garment if you so wish, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned new and unworn. The return amount can only be transferred to the account where the item was purchased.

About returns from the web store

Returns that are damaged, dirty or altered will not be accepted; in that case, they will be sent back to the user, assuming the corresponding cost.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, the corresponding amount will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item (s), excluding taxes or duties incurred. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in the user’s account.

When returning an item, the user is fully responsible for the products being securely wrapped to avoid damage while in transit. Full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us at the return address listed on this page. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipment, so we recommend keeping a receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was shipped.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent in cash or collect on delivery. Only the customer / sender is responsible for sending the products to the indicated return address.


If the contract is abandoned, you will receive the amount that you have paid us as part of your right to resign. All payments received from you, including shipping costs, will be refunded within a period of no more than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to abandon the contract and provide us with documentation of having returned the products.

We will make the refund through the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. It is important to note that, in the case of a decrease in the value of the product, for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the price.

On the other hand, in the case of requesting the total cancellation of the order during the shipping process, the transport costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
