PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
We will send your product as it is available. Generally, products are shipped the same day if they are ordered before 12:00 pm, or the next business day if your order is received after this time as well as for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any main day.
However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. You can cancel your order at any time before shipping.
We reserve the right, but are not required, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We can exercise this right on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service performed on this site is void where prohibited.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW TO CHANGE AN ARTICLE?
If you wish to exchange an item, for example, in a different size or color, simply send us an email indicating information about your name, address, invoice number and the reasons for the return or exchange of the item (plus the item for return) and the desired item to the following contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org

The right of applies for 14 days after you have claimed / received your item, which means that your returned item must be sent within 14 days of receiving the original package.
Please note that items manufactured or altered at the request of the customer are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after we have received your returned package.
For customers outside Denmark who wish to return an item, contact us by sending us information about the name and address, the invoice number and the reasons for the return.
Items for exchange or return must be returned in unchanged conditions and in the same or similar bag in which they were delivered.
The total responsibility of the product is yours until it has been delivered safely to our return address. We recommend that you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof of the package sent, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the shipment when they are returned.
You, as a customer, pay the return shipping fees in case of returns. You can use our tag return service when shipping the item. Then we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
