Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you want to consult the status of your shipment, you can access the order option in your personal Nina P’itay account through the website. In it (you will be asked to enter the shipping monitoring number that was previously provided in the purchase confirmation email.
With this you can see the information of the shipping in real time.

Also, when working together with DHL Express, the agency keeps it informed of the updates on the status of its order through text messages in order to provide security of the arrival of its Nina P’itay product.

How can I make a return or a garment change?

How long has the reimbursement process takes?

If the contract is abandoned, you will receive the amount you have paid to us as part of your right to resign. All payments you receive from you, including shipping costs,
They will be reimbursed within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date we receive notification of their decision to leave the contract and provide us with documentation to have returned the products.

We will make the reimbursement through the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
