Returns and changes

In Nina P’itay we will gladly accept the return of your garment if you wish, no later than 14 days from the date of reception. Articles must be returned and unused. The amount of the return can only be transferred to the account where the item was bought.

About web store returns

Damaged, dirty or altered returns will not be accepted; In that case, they will be returned to the user, assuming the corresponding cost.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return,
The corresponding amount will be paid on the credit card used to buy the article (s), excluding taxes or tariffs incurred. Original shipping costs will not be returned. Keep in mind that the reimbursement may take up to 10 business days to appear in the user’s account.

When returning an article,
The user is totally responsible for the products being wrapped safely to avoid damage during transport. The total responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to the return address that appears on this page.
We do not accept responsibility for the articles lost during the shipment, so we recommend keeping a receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Keep in mind that we do not accept packages sent in cash or receiving against reimbursement.
Only the customer / sender is responsible for sending the products to the indicated return address.

Refund

If the contract is abandoned, you will receive the amount you have paid to us as part of your right to resign. All payments you receive from you, including shipping costs,
